Joel Novelliere is a vice president of financial planning and accounting for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for financial reporting analysis and business intelligence initiatives.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2020, Novelliere held various positions within the finance sector, most recently as the director of finance for Island Hospitality Management, performing financial analysis and planning tasks including managing annual operating budgets, forecast reports and financial trends within the organization.
Novelliere earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
