Sophie Tsalik is a senior associate on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for capital markets, fund management, and structured product acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2026, Tsalik worked at Brookfield Asset Management on the capital markets team, supporting the US Real Estate Equity business with secured/unsecured financing, refinancing, and loan negotiations. Before joining Brookfield, Tsalik served as an analyst on the real estate debt team at Oxford Properties Group.
Tsalik earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Business Economics from Pace University.
