Nick Lee is a managing director and head of Asian business development for Kayne Anderson, responsible for capital raising, client servicing, and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Lee held the role of Chief Acquisitions Officer at GMH Communities, responsible for underwriting, deal structuring, and executing multifamily and student housing investments across the U.S. Prior to GMH Communities, Lee served as a senior vice president at Blue Vista Capital Management, leading multi-residential investments in both the U.S. and Canada.
Lee earned a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the Michigan State University, an MA in Accounting from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Lee is fluent in English and Korean.
