Michael Seiger is associate legal counsel for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for providing legal oversight to the operations of the real estate private equity and debt platforms.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2025, Seiger was an associate at Beighley, Myrick, Udell, Lynne & Zeichman, P.A., where he represented clients in various transactional business matters, including real estate transactions, corporate formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and intellectual property protection.
Seiger earned a B.S., cum laude, from the University of Florida and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Seiger is admitted to practice law in Florida.
