Max Liss is a director of client & product management for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for leading investor due diligence, articulating the firm’s real estate strategies/product positioning externally, and supporting a range of fundraising, investor reporting, and marketing initiatives. Liss also serves as a portfolio specialist for the real estate debt business.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Liss was an assistant vice president at Blackstone, focusing on investor relations and reporting, in addition to supporting fundraising initiatives for Blackstone’s real estate debt strategies business. Prior to Blackstone, Liss was a financial analyst, supporting one of the primary wealth advisors at AJ Wealth, a registered investment advisor specializing in providing family office services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families. Liss began his career at PwC in the Financial Markets advisory practice.
Liss earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
