Logan Maxon is a vice president on the student and multifamily housing team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for managing asset performance and working with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of the student and multifamily platform.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2026, Maxon was a senior director for CBRE Investment Management, managing a portfolio of over 6,500 units focused on conventional multifamily, student, single family rentals, and build-to-rent.
Maxon earned a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University.
