Jared Rosenberg is an analyst on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for underwriting, performing due diligence, and analyzing potential lending opportunities.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2026, Rosenberg interned as a summer analyst in real estate debt funds including Related Fund Management and Maxim Capital Group. At Related, Rosenberg gained experience in underwriting and pitching multifamily and hotel deals to investment committee.
Rosenberg earned a B.S. in Human Development with a Real Estate Minor and Business Minor from Cornell University.
