Dylan Burt is an associate on the investments team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential equity investment opportunities and assisting in the execution of property acquisitions and development.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2026, Burt worked as an associate for Bridge Investment Group, managing all stages of prospective acquisitions including underwriting, due diligence and closing processes.
Burt earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
