DeMarcus Owens is an associate on the medical office team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for supporting the asset management team and works with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of the medical office platform.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2026, Owens worked as an analyst at Big Sky Medical, gaining experience across acquisitions and asset management in healthcare real estate, including underwriting, leasing, budgeting, and performance analysis. Owens has seven years of experience in real estate investment management, with a focus on healthcare assets.
Owens earned a B.B.A. in Business from New Mexico State University.
