Craig Silverman is a director on the seniors housing team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting and execution of acquisitions and works with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of seniors housing properties.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Silverman worked as an investment analyst at LCB Senior Living, underwriting new development and acquisition opportunities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to LCB, Silverman worked as an asset manager at Boston Capital, overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing properties across the country. Silverman also has extensive experience in structuring both state and federal tax credit equity transactions.
Silverman earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
