Adriana Frio is an associate of client & product management for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for supporting investor due diligence, articulating the firm’s real estate strategies/product positioning externally, and supporting a range of fundraising, investor reporting, and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2025, Frio worked as an associate at Cohen & Steers in New York City, supporting the institutional sales and consultant relations teams. Most recently, Frio spent over two years at Corten Real Estate Partners in Philadelphia as an associate on the investor relations and marketing team, supporting all marketing, investor relations and fundraising activities as well as other research and operational functions.
Frio earned a B.A. in Economics, with minors in Business, Accounting and Communication from Villanova University.
